| 摘 要： | 综述了生物技术的特点和发展,从细胞工程、转基因技术和分子标记技术3个方面论述了生物技术在玉米育种中的应用概况,分析了玉米生物技术育种的的限制因素,并对现代生物技术在玉米育种中的应用进行了展望。旨在探索新疆绿洲农区如何利用生物技术手段提高玉米育种效率,以期为新疆绿洲地区快速有效的玉米育种和高产优质玉米品种的获得提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | The characteristics and development of biotechnology were reviewed,the general application of biotechnology in maize breeding was discussed from three aspects of cell engineering,transgenic technology and molecular marker technology,and then the constraints to the biotechnological breeding of maize were analyzed,finally the future application of modern biotechnology in maize breeding was forecasted.The study explored to improve the breeding rate of maize by the means of biotechnology,so as to provide theoretical references for the rapid and effective breeding of high yield and quality maize cultivars in Xinjiang oasis agricultural area. |
