摘    要:目的]对扁玉螺多糖的提取条件进行优化并测定多糖的含量。方法]采用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖的含量,以多糖的得率为指标,在单因素分析的基础上进行正交分析,优化扁玉螺多糖的提取工艺条件。结果]最佳提取条件为:提取温度40℃,料液比1∶100(g/ml),提取时间60 min;在此提取条件下,扁玉螺多糖的提取率为7.17%,RSD为1.05%。结论]该方法简便可靠,为扁玉螺多糖的进一步开发利用提供了依据。

Extraction and Content Determination of Polysaccharides from Neverita didyma

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the extraction conditions and determine the content of polysaccharide from Neverita didyma.Method] The polysaccharide content was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method,with the yield of polysaccharide as index,an orthogonal analysis was carried out based on single factor analysis to optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Neverita didyma.Result] The optimum extraction parameters were:extraction temperature of 40 ℃,extraction duration of 60 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1:100.Under the best conditionsy the extraction rate of Neverita didyma polysaccharide was 7.17% with RSD of 1.05%.Conclusion] The method is simple and reliable,thus providing basis for the further development and utilization of Neverita didyma polysaccharide.
