暗诱导气孔关闭中的信号转导

摘    要:目的]探究G蛋白在暗调控气孔运动中的作用。方法]通过药理学试验和气孔分析证明G蛋白是否参与暗诱导的气孔运动。结果]PTX阻止暗诱导下的气孔关闭,该效应与H2O2清除剂Vc、CAT类似。结论]黑暗中G蛋白活性较高,可能对H2O2起调控作用。

Abstract:Objective] To explore the role of G protein in dark-regulated stomatal movement in Vicia faba L..Method] It was proved by pharmacological approach and stomatal analysis that G protein participated the dark-regulated stomatal movement.Result] PTX blocked the dark-regulated stomatal closure,and this effect was similar to that of ascorbic acid and catalase.Conclusion] The activity of G protein was high in darkness,and H2O2 may be the downsteam signal component regulated by G protein.
