| 摘 要： | 分析了农民工创业的现状与特点,深入探讨了其创业的原因,对农民工创业中存在的问题进行了研究,并提出了相应的政策,即政府要为返乡农民工构建积极有效的创业扶持政策,而返乡农民工要加强自身素质的提升。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the status,characteristics,reasons and existing problems of the returned peasant workers’ entrepreneurship,and then proposed relevant solutions,that is,the government should formulate some supportive policies for the peasant workers’ entrepreneurship,and the peasants themselves should also improve their own quality. |
