摘    要:目的]研究胡萝卜幼苗的组织培养再生技术。方法]以培养约2个月的胡萝卜幼苗为材料,分别取幼苗的根、茎、叶为外植体,研究不同培养基、不同外植体对愈伤组织诱导的影响,以及培养基对愈伤组织分化的影响。结果]根、茎、叶为外植体均能产生愈伤组织,但以茎为外植体诱导的愈伤组织质量最佳,其愈伤组织的诱导率和分化率均为最高。结论]建立了胡萝卜试管培养幼苗的愈伤组织诱导和再生植株体系,为今后的试验打下了基础。

Tissue Culture and Plant Regeneration of the Root, Stem and Leaf of Carrot Seedlings

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study plant regeneration of carrot.Method] The root,stem and leaf of two month old seedlings were taken as explants.Effect of different medium and different explants on callus induction and callus differentiation was analyzed.Result] The three explants could induce callus.The stem as explants was the best for callus quality,its rate of callus induction and differentiation rate were the highest.Conclusion] The callus induction and regeneration system of carrot seedlings was established,which lays foundation for the future experiments.
