抗除草剂转基因玉米研究

摘    要:文中对抗除草剂转基因玉米的研究进行了综述。抗除草剂转基因玉米的转化方法主要有基因枪法和农杆菌介导法,其中基因枪法是转基因技术中经常使用的方法;也是在玉米中应用最成功的方法;农杆菌介导法因其具有费用低、拷贝数少、基因沉默现象少、能转化较大片段、遗传稳定性较高、再生植株可育性较好等优点也越来越受到重视。通常以Bar基因作为标记基因,采用喷施除草剂和PCR检测相结合的方法对抗除草剂转基因玉米进行检测和筛选。抗除草剂转基因玉米的安全性问题主要涉及演化为田间杂草的可能、基因漂移和田间杂草的抗药性3个方面。

Study of Herbicide-resistant GM Maize

Abstract:The studies on the herbicide-resistant GM maize were reviewed,and the herbicide-resistant GM maize transformation methods mainly include particle bombardment and agrobacterium-mediated transformation,the particle bombardment is the commonly used and the most successful transgenic technique;while the agrobacterium-mediated transformation,due to its low costs,fewer copies,less gene silencing,can be transformed into larger fragments with higher genetic stability and higher fertility of regenerated plants,etc.With the Bar gene as a marker gene,the herbicide-resistant GM maize was determined and screened with herbicide spraying of herbicides and PCR.The safety issues of herbicide-resistant GM maize mainly involve the possible evolution of weed,weed gene flow and resistance to herbicide.
