摘    要:目的]研究多效唑对蓝莓(Vaccinium uliginosum Linn.)干旱胁迫的缓解作用的机理。方法]以夏普兰和奥尼尔2个南高丛蓝莓品种为材料,通过提前喷施500 mg/L多效唑,研究多效唑对蓝莓受干旱后的保护效果。结果]提前喷施多效唑可以减小干旱胁迫下蓝莓叶片的电导率、丙二醛含量、H2O2含量及O2-.含量等的上升,同时缓解干旱胁迫下光合速率、蒸腾速率、叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量等的下降。结论]通过喷施一定浓度的多效唑可以提高蓝莓的抗旱性。

Study on Paclobutrazol Mitigating Effects on Drought Stress of Blueberry(Vaccinium uliginosum Linn.)

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to study the mechanism of paclobutrazol mitigating drought stress of blueberry.Method] Two southern highbush blueberry cultivars(Sharpblue and O′Neal) were used as materials to study the protective effects of 500 mg/L paclobutrazol on blueberry stressed by drought treatment.Result] The results showed spraying aqueous solution of 500 mg/L paclobutrazol significantly alleviated the damages caused by drought stress.Pre-treatment of paclobutra201 decreased the level of relative conductivity,MDA content,contents of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) and superoxide radical(O-2·),mitigated the decrease of photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,relative water content and chlorophyll content under drought stress.Conclusion] It indicates pre-treatment of paclobutrazol can increase the resistance ability of blueberry to drought.
