摘    要:目的]研究不同类型基质及其配比的物理性状,并分析其对青菜(Brassica chinensis L.)种子萌发的影响。方法]选用3种类型基质草炭、珍珠岩以及园土,并按其不同体积比配制成5种混合基质,即草炭(CK),草炭∶珍珠岩=1∶1(A1),草炭∶珍珠岩=3∶1(A2),草炭∶珍珠岩∶园土=1∶1∶1(A3),草炭∶珍珠岩∶园土=2∶1∶2(A4)。测定各配比基质的物理性状,并通过育苗试验测定其对青菜种子萌发的影响。结果]从理化性状看,CK的总孔隙度较大,气水比较小,不适宜单独作为栽培基质使用;A1、A2通气性较好,但总孔隙度较高;A3、A4具有较好的理化性状,适合青菜生长。从对青菜种子萌发的影响看,CK中种子的发芽率最高,种子活力也最大,但活力指数最小;A4中种子活力指数最大,最适合种子萌发。结论]草炭∶珍珠岩∶园土=2∶1∶3更有利于青菜种子萌发,是栽培青菜较为理想的基质。

Physical Properties of Different Matrix Ratio and Their Effects on Germination Characteristics of Chinese Cabbage( Brassica chinensis L.) Seeds

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to study physical properties of different kinds of matrix and their ratio,and analyze their effects on germination characteristics of Chinese cabbage seeds.Method] Peat,perlite and garden soil were used to prepare into 5 mixed matrixs,peat(CK),peat∶ perlite=1∶ 1(A1),peat∶ perlite=3∶ 1(A2),peat∶ perlite∶ garden soil=1∶ 1∶ 1(A3),peat:perlite: garden soil=2∶ 1∶ 3(A4),and determined their physical properties,and then studied their effects on germination of Chinese cabbage seeds by breeding experiments.Result] The results showed that CK had a larger total porosity and its gas and water was relatively smaller from the physical and chemical properties,so it was not suitable for using alone as a culture medium;A1 and A2’s ventilation was better,but they had a higher total porosity;A3 and A4 had better physical and chemical properties,thus they were suitable for vegetable growing;From the Chinese cabbage seed germination,CK had the highest rate of seed germination and the greatest seed vigor,but its energy index was the least;A4 had the largest seed vigor index,so it was the most suitable for seed germination.Conclusion] Cultivation matrix of peat∶ perlite∶ garden soil=2∶ 1∶ 3 is in favor for Chinese cabbage seed germination,and is ideal matrix of culturing it.
