| 摘 要： | 特异性表达启动子在高等植物转基因育种中对外源基因的调控已经成为分子生物学研究领域的前沿和热点,近几年来,关于植物根特异性表达表达启动子的研究逐渐增多,该研究综述了根特异性启动子的种类、特点及研究方法,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
