摘    要:目的]研究5年生五味子不同生育期叶片中N、P、K含量的变化。方法]采用重铬酸钾容量法-外加热法测定土壤中有机质;采用碱解扩散法测定碱解氮;采用浓度0.5 mol/LNaHCO3浸提-钼锑抗比色法测定速效磷;采用NH4OAC浸提-火焰光度法测定速效钾;采用H2SO4-H2O2法消煮植株样品;采用蒸馏滴定法测定全氮;采用矾钼黄比色法测定全磷;采用火焰光度计法测定全钾。研究5年生五味子不同生长发育期叶片中N、P、K营养元素的含量动态变化。结果]5年生北五味子叶片在全生育期内对N的吸收能力最强,其次为K,P的吸收量最少;植株叶片展叶期N、K的含量较高,从开花期至植株枯萎N、K的含量有所下降但较为平缓;展叶期、浆果生长后期至果实成熟初期的含P量较高,果实成熟后期下降很大。结论]人工栽培五味子需施足底肥,浆果生长期要追P肥。

Changes of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium in 5-year-old Schisandra chinensis Leaves at Different Growth Stages

Abstract:Objective] To study the changes of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P) and potassium(K) contents in 5-year-old Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill.leaves at different growth stages.Method] Dichromic acid K capacity method-outside heating method was used to determine the soil organic matter.Alkaline hydrolyzation diffusion method was used to detect the alkali-soluble N.And 0.5 mol/L NaHCO3 extraction-Mo-Sb colorimetric method was used to detect rapidly available P;NH4OAC extraction-flame photometry was used to detect rapidly available K;H2SO4-H2O2 method was used to digest the plant sample.Total N was detected by distillation titration method;total P was detected by V-Mo yellow colorimetric method;total K was detected by flare photometer.Changes of N,P and K contents in 5-year-old S.chinensis leaves at different growth stages were detected.Result] S.chinensis leaves had the strongest absorption capacity to N in all growth period,followed with K.And P had the smallest absorption.N and K contents in S.chinensis leaves were relatively high in leaf-expansion period;N and K contents fell smoothly from flowering stage to wilting stage.P content was relatively high in leaf-expansion period and from late berry growth stage to early fruiting stage,and decreased greatly in late fruiting stage.Conclusion] Artificial cultivation of S.chinensis needed enough base fertilizer and top-dressing of P was also needed at berry growth stage.
