| 摘 要： | 通过对影响粗榧扦插生根的插穗类型、激素种类、浓度和处理时间等因素进行全面对比试验,结果表明:采用半木质化的枝条作为插穗,有利于提高扦插成活率;ABT1号和IBA200 mg/L处理插穗30 min,有利于插穗愈伤组织的形成和生根,生根率将达到75%以上。

| Abstract: | The comparative experiments were carried on different cuttings types of Cephalotaxus chinensis,different hormone,different concentration and different time of treatment,affecting the rootage of Cephalotaxus chinensis.The result indicated that using semi-woody branch raised the survival rate of cutting shoots.And also indicated that cuttings with No.1 ABT,IBA 200 mg/L treatment for 30 minutes were useful to form callus and take root.And rooting percentage of cuttings was over 75%. |
