灌区水资源利用系数研究

摘    要:用静态平面和动态空间两种模型对灌区水资源利用系数进行了理论和实践的综合分析研究。结论认为,年灌溉水利用系数不是常数,与天(气候)、地(工程条件)和人(人的素质、管理水平)有关。建议加速推广动态空间模型的研究应用,实事求是核实实际的灌区灌溉面积,加强灌区各种水资源的定量观测,为节水灌溉提供更完善的手段。

Abstract:Comprehensive analysis and research on the theory and practice of water use efficiency in irrigation district is conducted by using static plane and dynamic space models. The conclusion shows the annual irrigation water use efficiency is not constant from year to year, and it is related to weather, engineering condition, and the diathesis and level of management. The suggestions of speeding up dynamic space model application, checking the real irrigation area carefully, strengthening quantitative measuring of water resources in irrigation district are proposed in order to provide perfect means for water-saving irrigation.
