臭椿皮及香椿皮体外抑菌活性测定

摘    要:采用药敏纸片法对香椿皮水煎液及乙醇处理后的水煎液、臭椿皮水煎液及乙醇处理后的水煎液进行了体外抑菌试验,结果香椿皮水煎液及乙醇处理后的水煎液对大肠杆菌C83902、沙门氏菌C500、葡萄球菌CAU0183的最小抑菌浓度为0.125g.ml-1,对大肠杆菌K88分离株的最小抑菌浓度为0.25g.ml-1;臭椿皮水煎液及乙醇处理后的水煎液对大肠杆菌C83902、大肠杆菌K88分离株、沙门氏菌C500无抑菌作用,对葡萄球菌CAU0183有一定的抑制作用,最小抑菌浓度为0.25g.ml-1。

Abstract:The antibacterial test in vitro of the water extract and the water extract treated by ethanol of Cortex toonae and Cortex ailanthi was carried out by the susceptibility paper method .The result showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of the water extract and the water extract treated by ethanol of Cortex toonae against E.coliC83902, Sahnonella C500 and Staphylococcus CAU0183 is 0.125g.ml^-1, and E. coli K88 isolated strain is 0.25 g.ml^-1, while the water extract and the water extract treated by ethanol of Cortex ailanthi has no inhibitory effect on the inhibition of E. coli C83902, E. coli K88 isolated strain and Salmonella C500 except Staphylococcus CAU0183 that the minimum inhibitory concentration is 0.25 g.ml-^-1.
