抗冻蛋白的研究进展及其应用

摘    要:抗冻蛋白自 196 4年发现以来 ,就引起了各国学者的广泛重视。它具有特殊的热滞活性 ,即使溶液的冰点低于熔点 ;它还能抑制冰晶的生长 ,特别是在较低的浓度下就有较高的重晶化抑制活性 ,保护生物免受冻害的影响。人们正试图分离和纯化高活性的抗冻蛋白 ,以应用于组织、细胞、胚胎和器官的低温保存 ;同时还进行抗冻蛋白基因工程的研究 ,期望能够改良某些生物的抗冻性能。介绍了已知抗冻蛋白的结构、抗冻机制和抗冻作用 ,并讨论了抗冻蛋白基因工程的研究进展及抗冻蛋白的应用前景

Abstract:Antifreeze protein has attracted wide attention from many countries'scholars since it was been discovered in 1964.It has a special thermal hystersis activity whose characteristic is to make the solution's freezing point lower than melting point.It can also inhibit the growth of ice crystal and has higher activity of inhibiting recrystallization especially under lower concentration,which may protect the organism from the damage of freezing.Many scholars are trying their best to separate and purify antifreeze protein with high activity so as to improve the result of cryopreservation of cell,tissue,organ and embryo with it.At the same time,many scholars are also doing research for gene engineering of antifreeze protein to apply it to improve some organism's antifreezing capability.This article introduces the structure of antifreeze protein,antifreezing mechanism and antifreezing function and discuss the progress in research of gene engineering of and some application prospects of it.
