黄伞深层液体发酵条件的优化研究

摘    要:采用正交试验及摇瓶培养法对黄伞菌丝深层液体发酵条件进行了优化研究。结果表明,适宜黄伞菌丝深层发酵的培养基组成为:葡萄糖2.0%,豆饼粉2.0%,K2HPO40.05%,MgSO4.7H2O 0.1%,酵母膏0.2%;优化培养条件为:起始pH值6.0,培养温度25℃,摇瓶装量100 ml,摇床转速150 r/min,发酵周期6 d。

Abstract:The submerged liquid fermentation conditions of Pholiota adiposa were studied with the method of shake flask culture.The optimal content of culture medium obtained through orthogonal design was as follows: glucose 2.0%,bean cake powder 2.0%,K_2HPO_4 0.05%,MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.1%,yeast and extraction 0.2%.The optimal cultivation conditions of Pholiota adiposa were: original pH 6.0,culture temperature 25?℃,shake flask volume 100 ml,shaker velocity 150?r/min and fermentation time 6?d.
