茄果类蔬菜作物叶片形态解剖学数量性状的研究

摘    要:对茄果类蔬菜作物幼苗叶片的解剖结构进行了定量分析研究,结果表明,番茄、辣椒、茄子解剖结构与节位有关.不同节位的上下表皮细胞密度和气孔密度均是随着节位上升呈增加趋势,细胞直径及气孔器大小均是随着节位上升呈减少趋势.栅栏组织厚度/海绵组织厚度比值随着节位上升呈增加趋势;番茄、辣椒、茄子栅栏组织细胞为1层,海绵组织细胞番茄、茄子为4层,辣椒为5层.叶片厚度与海绵组织厚度显著相关,相关系数番茄为0.985,辣椒为0.977,茄子为0.953.

Abstract:The quantitative anatomy of the solanaceous vegetable leaves was studied.The result showed that the anatomical structure of tomatoes,peppers and eggplants was related to node position.Upper and lower epidermis cell density and stoma density of different nodes were both increased with the rising of the nodes position.The cell diameter and the size of stoma apparatus were both decreased with the rising of the nodes position.The thickness rate of palisade and sponge tissue was increased with the rising of the ...
