| 摘 要： | 目的]研究不同移栽基质配比对莲瓣兰试管苗移栽成活率的影响，为莲瓣兰试管苗移栽提供理论依据。方法]以莲瓣兰组织培养生根试管苗为试验材料，采用正交试验设计研究不同移栽基质的种类和配比对莲瓣兰试管苗移栽的影响。结果]影响莲瓣兰试管苗移栽基质效果的各因素作用大小为栗树叶〉红仙土〉碎树皮〉珍珠岩，以栗树叶：红仙土为4：1配比的移栽基质成活率最高，根生长情况最好。结论]栗树叶：红仙土为4：1配比的移栽基质可以作为莲瓣兰试管苗移栽基质。
