摘    要:采用人工模拟酸雨及室内盆栽培养方法,以玉米为试材,研究不同pH值的模拟酸雨(pH值5.6、4.0、3.0、2.0)对3种玉米(黑301、吉单522和尹单2)幼苗若干生理指标的影响,在此基础上对此3种玉米品种的抗酸性利用隶属函数法进行综合评价.结果表明,在模拟酸雨胁迫下,3种玉米品种幼苗叶片的可溶性糖含量随模拟酸雨酸性的增强而下降;MDA相对含量、细胞渗透性和POD活性随模拟酸雨pH值的降低逐渐增加;SOD活性先增加,随后又降低;3种供试品种中,吉单522抗酸性最强,其次尹单2,黑301最弱.

Abstract:With the indoor potted-corn as the material.Studied the effect of diferent acidities(pH value5.6,4.0,3.0 and 2.0)simulated acid rain on the corn seeding leaves.And mensurated the physiological target of seedling leaves of three varieties of corn(Hei301,Jidan522 and Yindan2) in order to evaluate the best fastness plants in them by using subordination function method.The results showed that with the decline of pH value of simulated acid rain,the dissolve sugar content of them were significantly declined,but the content of malondialdehyde,the permeability of cell membranes and peroxidase activity of them were increased,moreover with the increase of the intensification of simulated acid rain the superoxide dismutase activity of them were increased then decreased papidly;in the three species of tested varieties,acid resistance of Jidan522 is the strongest,followed by Yindan2,Hei301 weakest.
