中国沙棘属植物资源研究

摘    要:本文概述了中国沙棘属植物4种5亚种的分布、分析测定了它们的主要化学成分,如果汁中的总糖、总酸、维生素C及游离氨基酸含量、果肉及种子的含油量及脂肪酸的组成、全果中的金属元素含量。并分别对各种及亚种的品质及其经济生物学特性进行了评价,指出了它们的开发利用价值和种质资源价值。

Abstract:Seabuckthorn (Hippophae L.), a deciduous shrub or tree, is widely distributed in the temperate zone of Asia and Europe and in the subtropical zone of Asia at high altitudes. There are 4 species and 9 subspecies in this genus of which 4 species and 5 subspecies are to be found in north, north-western and south-western China. It is considered that China is probably the main center of origin, evolution and distribution of Hippophae. the berries of 3 species are very rich in vitamin C: H. rhamnoides ssp. sinensis, 800~1300mg/100ml; H. rhamnoi-des ssp. Ytinnanensis,800~1200mg/100ml; and H. salicifolia, 1500~1700mg /100ml. These are currently being used to make soft drinks. The seeds of H. rhamnoides ssp. turkestanica, H. rhamnoides ssp. mongolica, H. rhamnoides ssp. gyantsensis,H. thibetana and H. neurocarpa are rich in oil content, being from 9.8% to 19.5%. They are thus a good source of oil. The plant of Hippophae shows high ability in fixing atmospheric nitrogen. With their extensive root system, they are valuable in controlling soil erosion.
