摘    要:根据陕北农牧交错带的生态环境特点以及牧草生长发育过程对水热资源的要求和利用效率,运用迈阿密模型定量估算陕北农牧交错带七县区牧草自然生产力。并与牧草现实生产力进行比较。研究表明:陕北农牧交错带牧草现实生产力仅为自然生产力的30.80%。基本掌握了该区牧草生产力状况和特点,并据此提出了相应的开发战略和实施途径

Abstract:OBJECTIVE]In order to study the suitable media components,temperture of Alnus formosana pollen,and the fast detetminination method of its pollen viability.METHOD]With fresh pollen of Alnus formosana as the experimental material,in vitro culture and 3 staining tests(TTC staining,I2-KI staining and peroxidase settling process)were conducted to determine the pollen viability.RESULTS]The optimum culture solution was sucrose 10g/L H3BO3 10mg/L.Peroxidase settling process was the optimum staining for the fast determination of Alnus formosana pollen viability.CONCLUSION]Sucrose and H3BO3 were essential for pollen germination of Alnus formosana.
