基于种子介电特性的分选试验研究

摘    要:通过对种子介电特性的研究,分析了影响种子介电特性的因素以及种子介电常数与种子活力之间的关系。利用自行研制的介电分选试验台将小麦种子分为五级,分别测试出各级种子的千粒质量、介电常数和活力指标,测试结果表明,活力高的种子的介电常数较小,活力低的介电常数较大。

Abstract:Based on the study of the dielectric property of seeds, the factors affected on the dielectric property of seeds and the relationship between the dielectric constant and seed vigor were analyzed. Meanwhile, using the test rig of dielectric separation, the wheat seed were graded into 5 classes, and the indices such as kilo-grain weight, dielectric constant and vigor were measured. The result showed that the dielectric constant of higher vigor seed is smaller and the dielectric constant of lower vigor seed is greater, which verifies the theory that the dielectric separator separates seeds by means of the differences of grain weight and dielectric constant (vigor).
