千年桐生态林近自然经营对土壤酶活性的影响

摘    要:为探讨近自然经营对千年桐林地土壤酶活性的影响规律,在近自然经营和常规经营的千年桐生态林中分别选取3块样地,于每块样地中取土样测定其土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶及多酚氧化酶活性。结果表明,近自然经营的千年桐林5种土壤酶的活性均高于常规经营的千年桐林,其中脲酶和多酚氧化酶活性显著增强。千年桐近自然经营可提高林地土壤质量,有效解决人工林经营产生的土壤问题,可在近自然林业经营中推广应用。

Abstract:To investigate the intimate natural management effect on soil enzyme activities of Aleurites montana forests,separately selected 3 plots from Aleurites montana eco-forests of intimate natural management and normal management,and analyzed the activity of urease,invertase,acid phosphatase,catalase and polyphenol oxidase in each plot.The results showed that 5 enzyme activities of intimate natural management plots were higher than those of normal management plotsespecially,the activities of urease and polyphenol oxidase were significantly enhanced. So the soil quality could be improved by intimate nature management of Aleuriyes montana,thus solving the soil problems in artificial management forest.Therefore,it is worth popularizing in the nature approximating forestry.
