摘    要:本文报道芜菁夜蛾线虫对梨象鼻虫幼虫具有很高的侵染力,采用沙埋法滴入线虫,3天后幼虫全部死亡,并在其尸体内大量繁殖,平均每虫尸可繁殖侵染期线虫1.6万条,试验证明这些线虫能继续侵染梨象鼻虫幼虫。花盆试验,每平方米喷洒60和120万条线虫,4周后害虫致死率达87~92%;田间试验,每平方米喷洒60和80万条线虫,杀虫效果可达80.3~82.9%。

Abstract:This study showed a high infectivity of Steinernema feltiae to the weevil, Rhynchites foveipennis. In the laboratory tests, all the tested larvae buried in sand were infected by 5. feltiae and died within three days. The nematode reproduced in the infected cadavers, with an average yield of 16,000 infective juveniles/weevil. The nematode progenies-from the cadavers were able to infect the newly added host. Mortalities from the pot test ranged from 87% to 92% under a dosage of 0.6 to.1.2 million infectives/m2. In Geld trials, 80.3-82.9% weevils died at a nematode dose of 0.6-0.8 million/m2.
