盐津乌骨鸡微卫星DNA多态性研究*

摘    要: 筛选了33对微卫星引物对盐津乌骨鸡的53个个体进行了遗传多样性检测分析,共检测到136条DNA片段,每个座位观察等位基因数从2个到8个不等,群体等位基因数平均为4.12个,平均有效等位基因数为3.18,平均杂合度和平均多态信息含量分别为0.623 2和0.571 2。以上数据表明:盐津乌骨鸡群体遗传多态性较高。

Abstract:In this paper,33 microsatellite loci were analysed for a total of 53 unrelated individuals from the population of Yanjin black-bone chicken breed.A total of 136 alleles were detected,and observed allele numbers per locus varied from 2 to 8.The mean number and effective number of alleles,the average heterozygosity and polymorphism information content per locus were 4.12,3.18,0.6232 and 0.5712,respectively.The results indicated that Yanjin black-bone chicken breed was a population which was abundant in genetic variation.
