摘    要:利用SSR技术,分析了山西省糯玉米自交系的遗传多样性,并进行了杂种优势类群划分。49对引物共检测出294个等位基因,每个SSR位点的等位基因数为3~10个,平均为6个;多态信息含量在0.223~0.836之间,平均PIC为0.633。总共检测出86个稀有等位基因,32个特有等位基因。SSR聚类分析将38份糯玉米自交系划分为5个类群。研究表明,山西省糯玉米自交系的遗传多样性非常丰富,很多自交系具有频率很高的独特基因,它们可能具有一定的特异性。

Abstract:The genetic diversity of waxy corn inbreed lines in Shanxi was studied based on SSR markers.Total 294 alleles in 38 waxy corn inbreed lines were detected with an average of 6 ranged from 3 to 10 per locus.Average PIC was 0.633 ranged from 0.223 to 0.836.86 rare alleles and 32 unique alleles were also identified.The 38 lines were clustered into 5 groups.It suggested that genetic diversity of waxy corn inbreed lines was very rich and they contained many own alleles,which means they have some special characterization.
