母种培养基对杏鲍菇菌丝生长的影响

摘    要:研究了不同母种培养基对杏鲍菇菌丝生长情况的影响。结果表明,杏鲍菇在不同配方培养基上菌丝的生长存在显著差异,其中,配方B培养基的菌丝生长最旺盛,长势最强,菌丝生长速度最快,可以达到4.64 mm/d;其次是配方C、配方A、配方D;添加麦粒的配方E菌丝生长速度最慢,仅为1.23 mm/d,但其菌丝长势较强。

Abstract:In the paper the influence of different maternal culture media to the growth of Pleurotus eryngii hypha was studied.The results showed that,there was great difference between hypha growth in different culture media of Pleurotus eryngii formula.It showed that B medium brought about the most exuberant and strongest hypha growth,hypha growth rate was the rapidest,reaching 4.64 mm/d.Then,followed by the formula C,formula A and formula D.Formula E culture medium showed strong grew lendency,but the hypha growth rate was the slowest,only 1.23 mm/d.
