小麦新品种(系)对麦长管蚜抗性的鉴定

摘    要:2006—2010年,山西省农业科学院小麦研究所先后引进国内外小麦种质资源589份,在山西省小麦主产区临汾市设立试验点,根据国家行业标准,以小麦抗蚜虫评价技术规范作为抗性定级依据进行抗性鉴定。结果表明,引进的小麦种质资源中不同品种(系)对麦长管蚜的抗性有明显差异,其中,高抗(HR)小麦品种(系)27个,占4.58%;中抗(MR)品种(系)93个,占15.79%,可作为抗蚜资源材料为育种利用。

Abstract:From 2006 to 2010,589 parts of wheat germplasm resources were collected at home and abroad.According to national industry standard,resistance to Macrosiphum avenae(Fabficius) was identified in Linfen,the main wheat production area in Shanxi.Results showed that there were significant differences of resistance to Macrosiphum avenae(Fabficius) between these wheat varieties.Among them,27 wheat varieties(4.58%) were high resistant to Macrosiphum avenae(Fabficius) and 93 varieties(15.79%) were middle resistant,which could be used in breeding.
