摘    要:通过种子萌发和砂培试验,用不同浓度的含铅培养液处理7 种( 品种) 高等植物,对其种子萌发率、幼苗含铅量进行分析。在种子萌发阶段通心菜与雪里红的种子在各处理浓度下都保持了较高的萌发率。萝卜( 春萝1 号、春红1 号) 在幼苗生长阶段具有较高的耐性指数,在7 种植物中具有最高的含铅量,其主要蓄积部位是根。

Abstract:Seven species (cultivars) of plant were treated by different lead media and their shooting and growth rate and lead contents of seedlings were analyzed. The seedlings of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk and B. juncea var. Multiceps Tsen et Lee had high shooting rate during the shooting period. Two cultivars of radish had high Tolerance Index at the developmental stages of seedling, and their lead contents are both highest among the seven species (cultivars) of plant which mainly accumulated in roots.
