摘    要:采用3×2×2因子设计,研究不同营养水平(A因子:A1为1.0倍NRC,A2为0.9倍NRC,A3为0.8倍NRC)、遗传背景(B因子:B1为甘肃肉羊新品种选育群羔羊,B2为‘杜泊’(♂)×甘肃肉羊新品种(♀)F1代羔羊)和性别(C因子:C1为公羔,C2为母羔)条件下羔羊的生产性能、采食行为和经济效益.结果表明:A1组羔羊试验末体质量和平均日增质量极显著高于A2和A3组(P<0.01),料肉比极显著低于A2和A3组(P<0.01);B1组羔羊平均日增质量极显著低于B2组(P<0.01),料肉比极显著高于B2组(P<0.01);C1组羔羊平均日增质量极显著高于C2组(P<0.01),料肉比显著低于C2组(P<0.05).随营养水平的降低,羔羊每个逆呕食团咀嚼次数显著上升(P<0.05);B1组羔羊反刍时间极显著低于B2组(P<0.01).根据经济效益分析,A1组羔羊纯收入极显著高于A2和A3组(P<0.01);B1组纯收入极显著低于B2组(P<0.01);C1组纯收入极显著高于C2组(P<0.01).说明杜甘杂种羔羊生产性能和经济效益较高;公羔的生产性能和经济效益优于母羔;采用1.0倍NRC的饲粮可以获的最佳生产性能和最大经济效益.

Abstract:This experiment used 3×2×2 factor design to investigate the effects of different nutrition level(A factor,A1-1.0×NRC,A2-0.9×NRC and A3-0.8×NRC),genetic background(B factor,B1-Gansu modern breeding sheep group and B2-'Doper'(♂)×Gansu modern breeding sheep group(♀)F1 lambs) and sex(C factor,C1-male and C2-female) on growth performance,eating behavior and economic benefit.The results showed that A1 had higher final weight and average daily gain(P<0.01) and lower F/G(P<0.01) than that of A2 and A3,B1 had lower average daily gain(P<0.01) and higher F/G(P<0.01) than that of B2,and C1 had higher average daily gain and lower F/G than that of C2(P<0.05).With the descending of nutrition level,chewing times for every bolus increasing(P<0.05),and B1 had lower ruminant time than that of B2(P<0.01).Based on economic benefit analyzing,A1 had higher net income than that of A2 and A3,but there were no significant difference between A2 and A3(P>0.05),feed cost reducing as the nutrition level descending;B1 had lower feed cost(P<0.05) and net income(P<0.05) than that of B2.The net income of C1 was higher than that of C2(P<0.01).So using 'Doper' as the male parent to hybrid the Gansu modern breeding group sheep could increase growth performance and economic benefit;male lambs had better growth performance and economic benefit than female lambs;lambs with 1.0×NRC could obtain the best growth performance and economic benefit.
