新疆降水与环流场演变研究

摘    要:通过分析南、北疆地区近50a来的降水演变特征,将南、北疆地区降水多寡典型年份对应的500hPa高度场和海平面气压场的距平进行合成,讨论了多雨和少雨期大气环流的气候背景特征。结果表明,近20多年南、北疆降水较20世纪60-70年代均有显著增加。南、北疆夏季降水与大气环流之间亦存在一定的联系,尤其是乌拉尔山高压脊的增强明显有利于南、北疆降水。

Abstract:Located in the hinterland of Eurasia, Xinjiang is far away from oceans, it is surrounded by high mountains and is a well-known arid and semiarid region, and its precipitation is significantly less than that in other provinces and autonomous regions. According to the observation data, however, the climate change in Xinjiang has shifted from warming-drying type towards warming-wetting type since the late-1980s, which is reflected by the significant increase of precipitation, shrinkage of modern glaciers, increase of runoff volumes of the rivers, enlargement of water areas of the lakes, rise of groundwater level, and improvement of natural vegetation status. In this paper, the change of precipitation in south Xinjiang and north Xinjiang is analyzed, the anomalies of 500 hPa and sea-level air-pressure fields about precipitation are composed, and the climatic background characteristics of general circulation are discussed. The results are as follows: (1) Precipitation in both south Xinjiang and north Xinjiang was slowly increased during the period of 1951-2000, and the increase trend has been more significantly since recent 20 years; (2) The monthly precipitation in south Xinjiang in February, May, November and December during the period of 1978-1998 was reduced than that during the period of 1956-1976, and the monthly precipitation in other months was increased, especially in June; the monthly precipitation in north Xinjiang in February, March April and August during the period of 1978-1998 was reduced than that during the period of 1956-1976, and the monthly precipitation in other months was increased, especially in October; (3) The enhancement of the Ural wedge is advantageous for the increase of precipitation in both south Xinjiang and north Xinjiang; (4) The increase of the sea-level air pressure in the regions near the Ural Mountains is advantageous for the increase of precipitation in both south Xinjiang and north Xinjiang.
