| 摘 要： | 为研究水稻中OsF-box基因的功能,构建了该基因的RNAi表达载体转化水稻日本晴,通过PCR、Southern-blot鉴定出阳性植株.与野生型植株相比,阳性植株抽穗期延迟,且在进入生殖生长期后出现很多高位分蘖.进一步克隆了OsF-box基因的启动子序列,构建与GUS报告基因融合表达载体转化水稻,染色结果表明,该基因在水稻茎秆和花药部位有明显的表达,而根和叶片中没有检测到明显的表达活性. |

| Abstract: | To study the function of the OsF-box gene,the plant RNAi expression vector of the gene was constructed and in tegrated into the genome of a rice variety Nipponbare.The transgenic lines were identified by PCR and Southern blot analysis.Compared with the wild type,the transgenic rice plants got heading 15~20 days later and produced many tillers on upper nodes in the reproductive growth stage.Furthermore,the promoter sequenc e of the OsF-box gene was cloned and its GUS fusion gene expres sion vector was contru... |
