水分胁迫下甘薯叶片渗透调节物质含量与品种抗旱性的关系

摘    要:对水分胁迫下甘薯叶片渗透调节物质与品种抗旱性关系的研究结果表明 ,水分胁迫下甘薯不同品种叶片中可溶性糖含量和游离氨基酸总量比对照均明显增加 ,K+ 含量明显下降 ,游离脯氨酸含量有不同程度的增加。叶片中可溶性糖、总游离氨基酸和K+ 的相对值 (占对照 % )与品种抗旱性均呈极显著正相关 (r分别为 0 937、 0 92 3和 0 836 ,P <0 0 1) ,而游离脯氨酸的相对值与品种抗旱性间的相关性不显著 (r=0 2 5 8,P =0 35 3)。因此 ,除游离脯氨酸外 ,其余渗透调节指标均可用于甘薯品种抗旱性的评定。

Abstract:Relationship between osmoregulation substance in sweet potato under water stress and drought resistance of different sweet potato varieties was studied.Results showed soluble sugar and total free amino acid contents in sweet potato leaves all increased,but K+ contents decreased obviously. Their relative contents correlated significantly positively (r were 0.937,0.923 and 0.836 respectively,P<0.01)to drought resistability.Free proline contents increased in different extent,its correlation to drought resistance was not significant (r=0.258,P=0.353). Therefore,except free proline,the rest of indexes can be used to evaluate the drought resistance of different sweet potato varieties.
