白桦容器栽培试验(Ⅰ)——最适基质配方的筛选

摘    要:该实验采用循环潮水式灌施营养液法对适合白桦容器育苗栽培用的基质配方进行了比较试验 .对不同基质处理的试材白桦的基质理化性质 ,白桦生长状况包括植株生长量、叶绿素含量、光合能力及叶片营养元素含量以及基质对水和养分的吸收能力等进行分析比较 .结果表明 :M1类基质配方即草炭土 3 +珍珠岩 3 +蛭石 3的组合处理结果表现最优 ,其上生长的白桦种苗生长量最大、光合能力最强、叶片的营养元素含量最高 ;M2 类基质次之

Abstract:These experiments were to select the optimum formula of substrate for Betula platyphylla Suk.grown in container by means of automatically recirculating ebb & flow subirrigation systems. By analyzing and measuring the substrates' physicochemical characteristics and plant growth of B. platyphylla including plant height and mass, net photosynthesis and leaf chlorophyll contents, concentration of nutrient elements, also media's uptake of water and nutrition, the results indicate that treatment M 1 of mixed substrate, namely peatmoss 3 + perlite 3 + vermiculite 3 expressed the best effects of plant growth, net photosynthesis and nutrient element contents when seedlings of B. platyphylla were planted in it.
