| 摘 要： | 通过测定32头试验猪电针安神穴前后与应激反应相关的若干指标,包括体温、心率、呼吸,以及血清中的肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)的活性和总维生素 C 的含量,籍以了解电针猪安神穴所产生的镇痛效应的性质.试验结果分析表明,它虽然有应激因素参与,但不同于急性应激镇痛,而是家畜电针麻醉的一种特有效应.

| Abstract: | Anshen acupoint of pig is suggested to be a better acupoint for electroacupuncture anaesthesia.Working at this acupoint the pain threshold and pain tolerance threshold of pigs were markedly increased after a short period of induction.A variety of surgical operations was performed smoothly in the regions of neck,chest and abdomen of pigs without any aid of sedatives or narcotics,and no muscle tension was observed.There was no any sequela ap- peared after the operations.In order to understand the character of the analgesic effect,some stress reaction indices such as body temperature,heart rate,respiration,serum creatine phosphokinase(CPK)activity and vitamin C content were determined prior to and post electroacupuncture anaesthesia in 32 pigs.The results showed no significant differences in heart rate and serum vitamin C content(P>0.05).Although there are some stress factors par- ticipating in the process,the electroacapuncture analgesic differs from the stress induced one, it is a special effect induced by electroacupuncture anaesthesia on domestic animals. |
