| 摘 要： | 淡紫拟青霉（Paecilomyces lilacinus)寄生南方根结线虫卵90%，厚壁轮枝霉（Verticillium chlamydosporium）寄生卵85%，节丛孢菌（Arthrobotrys sp.）捕食二龄幼虫达65%。采用常规方法，研究了三种真菌的生物学特性。淡紫拟青霉最适培养温度为30℃；厚壁轮枝霉为25℃，节丛孢菌亦为25℃；在麦粒上生长最好；三种真菌撮适pH值为6～8。

| Abstract: | Both the parasitic rates on the eggs of Paecilomyces lilacinus
(P),Verticillium chlamydosporium (V),and the trap rate of Arthrobotrys sp.(A) on second-stage larvae
of Meloidogyne incognita were 90%,85%,65% ,respectively.Optimal growth temperature for P,V and
A were 30,25 and 25.Satisfactory pH ranges for them were 68 and wheat granules were the best
medium to their growth. |
