| Abstract: | In this paper, we analyzed the advantages of developing double-cropping lotus root in Liujiang county from the natural conditions such as geographic location, appropriate weather and soil. Furthermore, we investigated the scale, industrialization, branding, production mode and benefit of local double-cropping lotus root industry, and discussed the main problems affecting the development of lotus root industry. In addition, we analyzed the development prospects of the lotus root industry in Liujiang county. |
