采后荔枝微型气调链处理技术

摘    要:针对采后果蔬商品化处理现状,研究荔枝微型气调链处理技术。结果表明,微型气调链处理可以提高果实贮藏品质。与纯冷藏方法相比,好果率提高30%~50%,货架期延长48~72h,降低了贮藏能耗,节电率16.9%以上。经济效益可观,节能效果明显,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:A scheme of miniature modified-atmosphere chain technology was proposed for development of post-harvest fruit and vegetables commercialization. Miniature modified-atmosphere packaging chain technology for lychee fruit in the field was developed and found to promote the quality of the postharvest fruit in storage. Compared with cold storage, this technology had a lower rate of fruit loss (decreased by 30 - 50%), longer shelf life (increased by over 48 - 72 hours) and less power (reduced by over 16.9%), resulting in notable economic benefit and energy saving.
