| Abstract: | Panzhihua-Xichang Zone, locating in the southwestern region of Sichuan, covers of 67.8 thousand square kilometer, which is featured in landscape with strong characteristics of edelweiss and gorge. The native agricultural resources are abundance. About 3 000 species can be used in agricultural industry. Focusing on native agricultural resources development, in this article the significance, competitive advantage and the constraints were firstly discussed, then five key development programs related to the native agricultural resources as well as the corresponding countermeasures were raised. |
