| 摘 要： | 植物组织培养已经成为现代园艺领域中种苗的主要生产方式之一，其优势明显，在我国已经形成产业化生产模式。植物组织培养产业化技术流程划分为stage0、stageⅠ、stageⅡ、stageⅢ四个阶段，其生产控制需要从外植体材料预处理、外植体的选取、原种研发与制种、继代培养以及生根收获等各个阶段加以把握。组培苗生产存在“三大杀手”，即褐化、玻璃化、污染，应作为生产控制的主要对象。生产工艺卡不仅科学、有效地反映企业生产的合理流程，同时也是规范员工正确操作的指导性文件，也是企业进行生产过程调控及产品质量判定的标尺。 |

| Abstract: | The plant tissue culture has been widely used in the field of the moden garden.As one of the main propogation ways,the plant tissue culture has the obvious advantages,and has been come into industrialization.The plant tissue culture can be divided into 4 stages,decribed as stage0,stage Ⅰ ,stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ .The product control should begin from the pre-treatment and selection of the ex-plant.Many control measures must to be taken in the stages of the orignal seed devolopment,sub-culture and rooting-culture also.There are ＂three-killers＂ in the product of seeding in the ways of tissue culture,they are browning, vitrification and contamination.They are should be regarded as the main contents in the production management .The process cards are kinds of files based on the standard prodution,they can not only reflect the scientific process of product,but also standard the staff＇ s behaviours and they are the effective rulers for production control and judgment of the production quility. |
