摘    要:目的]分析NaCl胁迫条件下4个中山杉无性系幼苗的生长及光合作用的反应,并对无性系间的差异进行比较。方法]以中山杉1年生扦插苗为材料进行盐分胁迫处理试验。结果]盐胁迫处理60d后,在125mmol/L的盐分浓度下,中山杉4个无性系间有明显差异;当盐分浓度达到150mmol/L时,中山杉4个无性系均无法生长。盐胁迫对中山杉苗木的形态、生物量积累、苗高生长均产生不同程度的影响。125mmol/L的NaCl胁迫下4个无性系的净光合速率明显降低,而胞间CO2浓度变化不大,气孔导度和蒸腾速率各无性系间表现的趋势基本一致。结论]中山杉4个无性系的耐盐能力为中山杉118和146强于中山杉1和302。
