| 摘 要： | 甘南河曲马具有管骨细,骨量轻,中躯较长和恋膘性等内用马的外形结构与遗传种质,肉用性能极佳,在终年群牧条件下,胴体净肉率79.42％,后躯1/3高等级肉比例40.62％,眼肌面积75.7cm~2。建议充分利用河曲马优良的产肉性能,将一部分河曲马向肉用马选育。

| Abstract: | The Hequ horse possesses better qualities for meat production. The percentage of pure meat carcass is 79.42％. The senior grade meat of hind quater is 40. 62％ and the loin—eye area is 75.7 cm~2. The general appearance of Hequ horse expresses good conformation of meat type horse, such as long body with fine bone and fatness even in winter season, etc. It is necessaryto select and breed the meat type horse within this breed in future |
