| 摘 要： | 本研究建立了一种基于免疫胶体金技术的链霉素快速检测方法。该方法检测灵敏度10ng·ml-(101ppb),蜂蜜样本检出限是40ng·ml-(40ppb),单个样本检测时间为5～10min。所研制试纸条产品检测变异系数小,批1间、批内检测结果重复性良好,可以应用于蜂蜜样本中链霉素的快速检测和现场筛查,具有较高的市场应用前景。

| Abstract: | A rapid method for detection of streptomycin was developed based on immunochromatography technology, which has a sensitivity of 10ng·ml-1(10ppb) and a LOD of 40ng·ml-1(40ppb) in honey sample time cost per single sample with the strip is 5~10min. The prepared colloid gold strips had the advantages of small inter-batch and intra-batch, C.V. and fine reproducibility, and it can be applied for rapid screening of Streptomycin residue in honey samples. |
