胡椒提取物对菜青虫的生物活性的影响

摘    要:通过胡椒的石油醚和丙酮提取液对菜青虫的非选择性拒食和毒杀活性的研究,结果发现:胡椒的石油醚提取液拒食效果及死亡率较丙酮提取液好,最高拒食率达99.8%,最大死亡率达100%;并且各处理随着浓度的降低活性降低,但24 h后各提取物的效果均有所下降。而胡椒的丙酮提取液使用后菜青虫的化蛹率很高,最高达70%,其活性并不是随浓度的降低而降低。

Abstract:The anti-feed and poison activity of the extracts from pepper was researched.The results showed that the anti-feed activity of oil-aether extracts of pepper was better than the acet extracts.The highest rate of anti-feed activity was 99.8% and the highest rate of corrected mortality was 100%.The effect of these extracts of the plants was worse after 48?h than after 24?h.The pupate rate of acet extracts was higher than others.
