| Abstract: | For the current status of university graduates for the major of food science and engineering,this paper discusses the significance of strengthen practical force.According to the specialty properties and the basic requirements of society on the graduates,the fundamental measures are proposed on how to design reasonable practice teaching and improve practical ability of graduates. |
