| Abstract: | Total genomic DNA of four tomato varieties and their parents was extracted by using CTAB method.DNA fingerprinting maps of four tomato varieties and their parents were established by AFLP-PCR method.The results showed that nine primers from 20 primers were selected.The amplified polymorphic bands of the parents were from 10 to 27,and the average bands was 17.56,the percentage of polymorphic bands was 41.25%.The purity of seven parents was 100%,and that of the tomato varieties was 98.7%.The genetic similarit... |
