| 摘 要： | 研究了毛百合×布鲁拉诺5个种间杂种株系及其亲本在0、-6、-12、-18、-24℃低温处理下的SOD酶活性、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、MDA含量、可溶性糖含量的变化.结果表明,毛百合×布鲁拉诺种间杂种的抗寒性介于两亲本之间,但各株系存在一定差异.运用隶属函数法对杂交后代进行初步筛选,得出5个株系的抗寒性强弱顺序为...

| Abstract: | Cold tolerance of the five interspecific hybrids from the cross between L.dauricum Ker.-Gawl.and Asiatic lily cv.Brunello and their parents were studied under low temperature treatment of 0,-6,-12,-18 and-24 ℃.SOD activity and the contents of free proline,soluble protein,MDA and soluble sugar of those materials were measured.The results showed that the cold tolerance index of five interspecific hybrids was between the parents,but the difference existed among these interspecific hybrids.The cold tolerance of five interspecific hybrids was like this:MB71>MB25>MB113>MB47>MB117 through the comprehensive evaluation using the method of the membership function.The cold tolerance of Asiatic lily cultivar was improved by the interspecific hybridization with wild lily species L.dauricum. |
