| 摘 要： | 目的]选择栀子（Gardenia jasminoides）扦插生根的最佳促根剂配方.方法]以栀子的嫩枝为插穗,用珍珠岩＋蛭石＋泥炭（1∶1∶1）作为扦插基质,用5种不同配方促根剂处理插稳基部,通过测定插穗的根长、根粗、根重、叶片叶绿素含量和根系活力等各项指标,研究不同配方促根剂对栀子扦插生根的影响.结果]不同配方促根剂对插穗生根存在着不同影响;综合各项指标,在各处理中,以500mg/L吲哚乙酸（IAA）＋ 500 mg/L a-萘乙酸（NAA）＋2％蔗糖对栀子促根效果最好.结论]该研究可为栀子扦插生根提供参考.

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to screen the best formulation rooting agents of Gardenia jasminoides cuttage.Method] Five kinds of formulation rooting agents were used to treat the young Gardenia jasminoides branches which planted in the cutting matrix of pearlite and vermiculite and turf （1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1）,and then to study different formulation rooting agents on rooting of Gardenia jasminoides cuttings by determining their root length,root diameter,root weight,chlorophyll content and root system activity.Result] Different formulation rooting agents had different effects on rooting of Gardenia jasminoides cuttings ; considering every index comprehensively,the formulation rooting agent of 500 mg/L IAA ＋ 500 mg/L NAA ＋ 2％ sucrose had the best effects on rooting of Gardeniajasminoides.Conclusion] The study provides a reference for rooting of Gardenia jasminoides. |
