| 摘 要： | 新世纪水土保持需要信息技术的支持。国家水土保持管理信息系统，其目标是通过多种水土流失数据的集成与快速处理，为水土保持决策与科学管理提供信息服务和决策支持，并促进水土保持信息的现代化。系统由数据管理，文档文献管理，决策支持，规划设计，动态监测信息处理，辅助决策，数据通讯等７个功能子系统组成。具有信息服务，水土保持辅助决策，水土保持规划，设计和水土保持信息公告等功能。
