摘    要:提出了用优化设计方法模拟花键滚刀齿形曲线的计算模型,以齿形误差最小为目标函工保证了两段圆弧光滑连接,给出了5个设计实例,计算结果表明:与其他方法相比,本模型的设计精度最高。

Abstract:A calculating model of spline hob tooth shape curve by the method of optimum design is developed and five design examples is given in the paper. The two of five examples are designed by the new method present here, in which the minimum error of tooth shape is taken as objective function under the constraint of smoothly jointing of the two arcs, and the others by three traditional methods respectively. The results show that the spline hobs designed by the new method have more accuracy than those by traditional methods and the new method has better suitability for large sized hobs than the traditional methods. The method can also be developed to simulate the theoretical tooth shape curves of spline hobs with multiple arcs.
