氦氖激光对营养液和蒸馏水电导率的影响

摘    要:目的]观察氦氖激光对营养液和蒸馏水电导率的影响,为探讨激光的效应和作用机理提供新信息。方法]用特定氦氖激光强度和不同照射时间处理营养液和蒸馏水。结果]与照射前相比,除照射时间为4 m in外,营养液的电导率均显著升高,且电导率的变化与照射时间无关。蒸馏水的电导率随照射时间的延长先减小后增大,当照射时间小于10 m in时,照射后蒸馏水的电导率极显著低于未经照射的蒸馏水的电导率;当照射时间大于10 m in时,照射后蒸馏水的电导率极显著高于未经照射的蒸馏水的电导率;当照射时间为15 m in时,蒸馏水的电导率最高。结论]一定频率和强度的激光能够引起营养液和蒸馏水电导率的改变。
